Detailed Experience:
Sept. 2007 ‐ July 2009: Tasameem Project Management Co. Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates
(member of Tasameem group of companies a government owned investment group and top developer in Abu Dhabi) Operations Manager: In charge of setting up of the operation of this startup company from its initiation and
later in charge of the entire operations of Project Management. Responsible for the
technical and financial management of property development investment projects in
the United Arab Emirates and different parts of the world from inception to
completion, throughout the planning design, tendering and construction. Projects
included a 75 story mixed use development, the home of Park Hyatt in Manhattan, in
addition to different 5 stars hotels, residential and commercial high rises and
residential villages, ranging in value from 50 to 500 million USD, and a total portfolio of
projects exceeding 2 billion USD.
Responsible for the overall management, profitability and major decision making of the
operations, overseeing the performance of the project directors and managers in
performing their duties of design review, construction administration, responsible for
the performance of consultants and contractors on behalf of the owner. Duties also
include meeting with and updating stakeholders and managing their expectations and
seizing new business development opportunities.
Gained experience working on mega sized developments during their different stages
from feasibility, planning, design and construction, working with renowned
international consultants and contractors from different parts of the world.
June 2003‐ July 2007 The Morganti Group International Division, Abu Dhabi, UAE Sr. Projects Director: In charge of the successful Project Management of the company’s client portfolio in the
United Arab Emirates and overseas. During my tenure as Sr. Projects Director and while
in charge of my clients account we were able to grow the operation of the Project
Management for the company from a single project to securing a continued service
agreement for management of projects in access of 1 Billions USD of development projects ranging from multi‐unit waterfront residential Villas compound, two 5‐starhotels, 20‐buildings residential city, to multiple multi‐use towers over 40 story high.
Responsible for providing complete Project Management services, Design, Construction,
and Commissioning Management. Overseeing the duties of Project Directors, and
Project Managers in performing design review, preparation of tender documents,
selection and negotiation of contractors, value engineering workshops, and overall
responsibility of the project budget and cost, schedule, safety and quality. Duties also
included Marketing, Business Development and Daily liaison with the Client to meet
their expectations and maintain the relationship with them.
July 1995 –June 2003 The Morganti Group, Inc., Southeast Regional Office, West Palm Beach, FL Project Manager: Responsible for the execution of multiple Design/Build, and Construction Management
at Risk projects in the State of Florida, each ranging in value from $10‐50 Million. Duties included: Pre‐construction services, bidding, contract negotiations and award, value
engineering, design review, bid packages preparation and the assembly of a Guaranteed
Maximum Price, Value Engineering, all communications between Owner’s
representatives, Architects, Engineers, Government Agencies throughout the design and
construction of projects, and monitoring of the project schedule and project cost. In charge of day‐to‐day operation, overall project administration and decision‐making.

Jan 1994 –June 1995 Consolidated Contractor’s International, Co. Qatar Site Civil Engineer: supervising the construction of field activities for the “civil work and concrete” of a fast
track $100M subcontract at Qatar gas Liquefied Natural Gas Plan project, Ras Lafan,
Qatar project. Responsibilities include checking that construction conformed to the
latest design documents, procure the proper approvals, coordination, scheduling and
supervising the work of five trade crews.
